Areas of Practice: Professor Roger Foo is a senior consultant cardiologist. He is the Assistant Dean of Research at Yong Loon Lin School of Medicine in National University Singapore and Deputy Director of Basic Science Matters at Cardiovascular Research Institute. In addition to training in Singapore, he has also spent almost 20 years training and working in the UK and USA. His laboratory and research focus are on cardiovascular epigenomics and epigenetics. He has led the introduction of 11C-Metomidate PET-CT imaging in Singapore. This is a non-invasive test to identify patients with unilateral and surgically-curable forms of PA. He currently leads a resistant hypertension clinic in NUH, and also has clinics in other hospitals focusing on cardiac genetics.
