The objective of the study was to evaluate the utility of microcatheter in adrenal venous sampling (AVS) for assessing aldosterone hypersecretion and the laterality in patients with primary aldosteronism. Microcatheter can effectively assess aldosterone hypersecretion and the laterality, especially in the LAV.
