Areas of Practice: Dr. Morris-Wiseman is the chief of the Division of Endocrine Surgery at John Hopkins and an associate professor of surgery. She has a high volume adrenalectomy practice, is Co-Director of the Johns Hopkins Comprehensive Adrenal Center, and participates in the biweekly adrenal tumor board. Her endocrine surgery practice uses minimally invasive techniques as appropriate to facilitate excellent clinical outcomes with rapid patient recovery. Her clinical practice emphasizes patient-centered shared decision-making and communication and multidisciplinary collaboration so that a patient’s surgical care occurs within an individualized context. Dr. Morris-Wiseman holds committee responsibilities with multiple national organizations including the American Thyroid Association, the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons, and the Association of Program Directors in Surgery. She is a reviewer for multiple journals and has published over 50 peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters.
