He has published over 70 scientific articles on endocrine disorders, including on the relationship between aldosterone and parathyroid hormone. Dr. Rolighed regularly performs adrenalectomies for patients with primary aldosteronism. Post-operatively, all patients receive follow-up examinations including histology and biochemistry to assess the outcome of surgery and determine future treatment as needed.
